Bolton Wanderers away kit 2008-09

English Premier League side Bolton Wanderers will wear a new yellow away strip for the 2008-09 season of English football.

Identical in design to the club's home strip, the away shirt also features the shame grey shading in an 'X' pattern across the chest area and a small Bolton crest sitting on the middle of the player's chest in between two Reebok logos - not only is the kit manufactured by Reebok, they are the kit's main sponsors as well.

The yellow shirt is matched with greyish-blue shorts and socks.

Bolton Wanderers home kit 2008-09

English Premier League side Bolton Wanderers have unveiled a new home kit for the 2008-09 season of English football.

Finished in the club's traditional home colour of white, the home shirt features a grey shading on the top half of the shirt in an 'X' pattern and a small Bolton crest sits on the middle of the player's chest in between two Reebok logos - not only is the kit manufactured by Reebok, they are the kit's main sponsors as well.

The white shirt is matched with navy blue shorts and white socks.

Bolton want Eidur

Bolton manager Gary Megson has said that he is trying to get unsettled striker Eidur Gudjohnsen on loan from Barcelona.

Gudjohnsen spent two happy years at Bolton earlier in his career scoring 26 goals in 55 games. Although he has been the target of approaches from more fashionable clubs than Bolton, a return to the Reebok, where he has retained hero status, may appeal to the Icelandic international.

Following the sale of Nicolas Anelka to Chelsea, Gudjohnsen would be a major signing for them in their attempts to get away from trouble at the foot of the Premier League.

Gudjohnsen has played only 33 games for Barcelona since joining them at the start of last season. He has hit the net only 8 times and has failed to settle or gain a regular first team place.

It is likely that he would be happy to leave and that Barcelona would be prepared to let him go. It will simply be a matter of Megson trying to persuade him to 'come home'.
